Meghan brings 20+ years experience in stakeholder and community engagement, data use & storytelling, and sustainable development. Meghan has a proven track record managing digital technology & data use for decision-making and driving inclusive action.
Meghan has served in roles managing executive communications for a $12B global portfolio, and overseeing risk mitigation and assurance activities within a complex 50+ country operational context. She is adept at advising executive leaders, and leading data management and reporting activities.
Recently, Meghan completed a Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Certified Sustainability Reporting Course. Meghan has a Masters in Urban Planning and Policy, and has completed a certificate course in climate change & health with Yale University.

Andrei brings 25+ years experience in program design, management, and overseeing impact evaluations and operational research. Andrei has a proven track record building innovative public-private partnerships, leading behavior change campaigns, and stewarding successful strategies to expand business operations into new geographies and markets.
Andrei got his start in advertising and decided to pivot his skills selling blue jeans into social impact programs for improved health outcomes. Most recently, he was a portfolio director on a $10B global supply chain program, focused on building more resilience health supply chains.
Andrei has a degree in Applied Linguistics, and is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian. His multicultural background (Ukrainian and American with professional experience in 25+ countries), gives him a grounded global perspective to build high-impact programs and strategic alliances.
